Friendly staff, but it doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel. If the price is alright it's a definitely a great place to stay (especially if you want to be out of midtown, the area has a very different feel, but you can still get to Manhattan quickly on the D train). Breakfast was a nice touch, since it is free, and free is good, and I was also pleasantly surprised by the reasonable minifridge prices. All in all, it's an okay place to stay.
