Special thanks to Mo at the front desk who helped (unsolicited) us get our luggage to the car. The reservation process was done by phone (the old fashioned way) and it was quick and professional. We did have a bit of special room rate request and this was handled to our satisfaction without hesitation. One small item to try and address, we wanted to pay cash on check out and the front desk had no small bills. Read More
