Fabulux designer Paul Merwin began his lighting career at the age of 8 by building a theater in the family garage with the help of his father. By 1971, he was professionally designing lighting for theater and dance, soon adding design for industrials, fashion shows and night clubs. Starting in 1982, he began concentrating on feature films, television and commercials. Mr. Merwin founded Fabulux in 1991, bringing his accumulated knowledge of light to architectural lighting and fixture design.
