Pier 76 is finally here! Bay Street now has really spectacular pizza and a friendly, affordable Italian restaurant. Up until now, Joe and Pat's on Victory has always been the go to place for pizza on Staten Island, now their nephews - two young guys - have opened Pier 76 Italian Resuatrant.
