Marine Hospital and Quarantine Station

The Marine Hospital Quarantine Station was located on Staten Island in the St. George & Tompkinsville area of Staten Island, mostly by where the S.I. Ferry is today. It operated from 1799-1858. Hundreds of thousands of people living today have an ancestor who passed through the doors of this facility. We seek stories and photo's.
